Today, I will tell you more story of Kimchi, the famous side dish of Korea.

People begin making Kimchi in winter. The weather is not able to plant anything in the winter season in Korea. So people were interested to preserve a vegetable for winter. 

Nowadays Kimchi that made from Chinese cabbage is the most well-known Korean food in the world. Korean have brought Kimchi as base in many dishes, such as Budaejjigae, Kimchi Joomukbap (Rice ball),Kimchi Jjigae, and Kimchi ramen.
