How to make Sura's Kimchi (not a detail recipe)

Today We made Kimchi, and we want to share how we made (not detail recipe of ours).
Let's Start :)
1. bring Chinese cabbage (half cut) washes in water,
and soaks with salted water at least 3 hours.
2. After 3 hours, wash it with fresh water many times (we wash 3 times.)
3. Mix Korean chili all over the Chinese cabbage
(don't forget rubber gloves, your hands will be very spicy and will be hurt)
4. After that, keep it in a hermetic box (or any others), and keep in a cool without sunlight.
That's finished, you will get Kimchi as same as origin flavor :)
If you have no free time, feel free to get Kimchi at Sura Korean Restaurant,
just 150 ฿ for kilogram and 75 ฿ for a half of kilogram.
