[COOKiT!]- How to make Gamjajeon

An-nyeong-ha-se-yo! Everyone;)
Menu for today is potato pancake in Korean style or you can call ‘Gamjajeon‘
Gamjajeon is means fried potato in Korean language.
Gamja = Potato
Jeon = Fried

This menu is crispy and chewy at the same time.
It is easy to make but the taste is so amazing!!
Let’s get start!

Ingredients

  1. 10 small potatoes

  2. Salt 1/4 tbsp

  3. Potato starch 2 tbsp.

  4. 1 egg

  5. Oil

3.Strain the water from the pureed potato by letting it sit on a bowl for about 10 minutes

4. Put egg, salt, and starch in potato’s bowl

6.Heat up a pan, once the pan is heated, scoop out the potato mixture and place it onto the pan. Reduce the heat to medium-high. (You can add some red chilli on top to make it look more colourful.)

7.Cook until both sides are crispy and light golden brown and then transfer it to plate. Serve when it is still hot with soy sauce.
